VICTORY! Judge Finds T-Mobile US Guilty

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) - the federal agency that works to protect employees’ rights at work - just ruled that T-Mobile’s nationwide employment policies are illegal because they create a workplace culture that tried to prevent workers from talking to each other and sticking together for change at work.
