Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company on the Leveraged title as well as monitoring. The Union explained many of the issues of concern:
The Company has excessively monitored employees
The Company continues to violate the provisions agreed to by the parties
There was discussion about the unattainable targets imposed by the Company
The raising of targets mid-month
The Company expressed that they want the Leveraged title to be part of the job offer guarantee.
