Temporary Administration Appeal Hearing October 10, 11 and 12

The CWA Local 9423 union hall is in serious need of repair of the air conditioning, lighting and other major problems. As a result, the location of the Temporary Administration  appeal hearing will be moved to the Hilton Garden lnn, located at 101 East Gish Road, San Jose, CA. Per the CWA Constitution Article XIII - Locals, Section 8(b), the hearing dates are October 10, 11 and 12.  The times are 9am to 9pm each day. Members and retirees in good standing are welcome to attend the hearing at their own costs until seating capacity at the hotel is reached each day.
