AT&T CORE (West) Bargaining Report #3 - Feb. 25, 2024

The bargaining team convened with the company on Saturday, presenting a proposal to move
all positions listed in Appendix E to corresponding titles in Appendix A. Additionally, the team
submitted a Zone upgrade proposal, highlighting the escalating cost of living in California and
Nevada. Given the substantial role the western region plays in the company's profitability, it is
imperative for all of us to work towards preserving and enhancing our standard of living actively.

Regrettably, the company adhered to its consistent bargaining strategy and put forth a proposal
that involves downgrading certain job titles.
