Orange Contract Bargaining Update #10

February 18, 2026 – Bargaining Report #10

The Orange Bargaining Committee and AT&T continue bargaining under the contract extension. Unfortunately, the Company thinks that raises that barely outpace inflation are good enough for you. They have offered no significant improvements in working conditions, scheduling, commissions or a host of other issues. The Company’s latest bargaining report touts enhancements to work-life balance, but this is just not true. While your Bargaining Committee continues to make proposals for better work-life balance, the Company continues to reject those proposals and has offered no relief. In many sessions, most of our proposals go completely unanswered and ignored. The company is still proposing a benefits package that has aspects that many of our members could not afford.

AT&T is posting bargaining reports that paint a very rosy picture of their proposals. Don’t believe the lies, they are refusing to address many of the issues you demanded in your surveys. As we have said since bargaining started, we will fight as long as it takes to get a fair and equitable contractfrom this greedy, billion-dollar company. It is more important than ever to be engaged. Stay in touch with your local mobilizers and continue fighting.

Stay mobilized! Stay angry!
