Orange Contract Bargaining Update #15

CWA / AT&T 2026 “Orange” Contract Bargaining

March 6, 2026 – Bargaining Report #15

The Union Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. While there has been progress, the Company is not taking our main concerns seriously. Your bargaining team has worked very hard to put together proposals that would address your needs and make progress at the table. The Company continues to reject these proposals almost as quickly as we pass them. This multi-billion-dollar Corporation still believes you should settle for scraps. AT&T’s vision is to diminish sales incentives, create work schedules that make work-family balance worse, increase responsibility across job titles and pocket the profits themselves. This is corporate greed at its worst.

We are still far apart and it’s frustrating, but we are here to bargain. The parties have agreed to another two-week extension. All terms and provisions of the Labor Agreement remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Friday, March 20, 2026. We will continue to fight for a fair and equitable contract we can all be proud of.

Stay mobilized! Stay angry!
