DTV Tentative Agreement Ratification Vote Starts Today, May 8, 2024

The DTV Ratification Ballots and instructions will be dropped in the mail today from our vendor. DTV members can expect delivery to your home address. Thanks to our DTV members for keeping your home addresses updated here at CWA Local 9423.

Please review the enclosed materials and read all instructions to ensure Your Vote Counts!

Ballots are due back on Friday, May 17, 2024 by 5:00pm.

The following timeline will be followed for the Members Ratification Ballot for DTV:

• Vendor prints all documents - drops in the mail the morning of Wednesday, May 8, 2024
• Ballots due back Friday, May 17 by 5:00pm PDT
• Count is Monday, May 20 - pickup from the post office 8:30am PDT
• Count location - Cerritos D9 office

The mailed ratification Vote package each member receives contains the following materials:

• Voting Instructions
• One return postage paid envelope
• one envelope stamped "BALLOT ENCLOSED"
• One ballot
• Tentative Agreement document (double sided)
• a cover page
